Thanks to the experienze in the field of graphic, multimediality and creativity, VOLUMINA is currently working with FELMAY as graphic service.
Founded in 1995 Beppe Greppi and Renzo Pognant, Felmay is today the most active label in the world music field in Italy, with a catalogue of more than 200 titles that besides the most important names of Italian roots music (like Tenores di Bitti and Banda lonica), has expanded to include music form several other countries especially from Asia (India, Tibet, Mongolia), East Europe (Bulgaria and Macedonia) and Africa (Zanzibar, Burkina Faso, Senegal).
In contemporary music, Felmay has presented new CDs by Europeans and American minimalists composers, reprints of some historical recordings of American composers (like Steve Reich, Terry Riley, Charlemagne Palestine) and new works by very important jazz artists like Gil Evans, Anthony Braxton and Steve Lacy.
The collaboration is more focused in the realization of some CD covers. This is just the beginning.
